Job Description
General Summary: The US CF Marketing team is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the team as Associate Director, US Digital Marketing. This team member will be responsible for maintaining a disciplined approach to customer engagement by helping scale omnichannel initiatives. This role will also serve as a digital subject matter expert in partnering with the CF Marketing team members to ensure we have the internal and external support needed for successful strategic planning, execution, data gathering, and insights generation. This is a hybrid/on-site role based in Boston, MA (3 days onsite, 2 days flexible for remote weekly). Pay Range: $162,800 - $244,200 Disclosure Statement: The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
